The Pilot (1993)

Dr. Michaela Quinn, MD leaves Boston in hopes of finding acceptance as a woman doctor out west. Colorado may look different from home, but the people here aren't any more open to female physicians than they were back east. Struggling to prove herself on the frontier as a doctor, she gains a family and the friendship of a mountain man named Sully.

The wedding every Dr. Quinn fan was waiting for! Dr. Mike and Sully finally tie the knot in this double length episode. Dr. Mike's mother and sisters stir things up when they arrive from Boston to "help" with the big day. The best man has a bounty on his head which leaves Custer "tied up" for the wedding ceremony.
